Return & Refund Policy

At Redline Syndicate, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or print placement differences

Please make sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@redline-supply.com

 

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging when possible

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days under applicable consumer laws.

However, this right may not apply to made-to-order or personalized products.
